Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the db10 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between db10 and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
This service is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the db10 platform under any circumstances. Any user may be asked to verify their age, and if verification cannot be completed, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.
These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the platform. db10 reserves the right to restrict access for users in certain regions at any time without prior notice. Account Registration & Security
When registering on db10, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user is allowed only one account — any attempt to open multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the db10 support team immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, db10 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Each user is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their db10 account. Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, software manipulation, or attempts to hack the system are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or any form of bonus hunting is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to place bets on behalf of others or using third-party funds. Any transactions linked to money laundering or illegal financial activity will be reported immediately.
Users must not engage in harassment, offensive conduct, or hate speech toward other users or db10 staff. Any vulnerabilities or bugs discovered on the platform must be reported to the support team immediately — exploiting them is strictly prohibited. Spreading false information about db10 or attempting to damage its reputation may result in legal action.

Platform Usage Rules

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or outcomes being displayed, db10 reserves the right to correct the error and void affected bets where applicable.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning. db10 believes in responsible gaming and always encourages users to bet within their means. The platform offers live events, pre-match markets, and casino games, each with its own specific rules detailed in the relevant section.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, db10's decision shall be considered final. Betting records and transaction history are stored in the user's account and will be used as reference in any dispute. Failure to comply with the specific rules of each game or betting market may result in the cancellation of bets or forfeiture of winnings.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the db10 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
A completed KYC verification is required before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe. Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit — a standard anti-money laundering safeguard.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on the platform's payments page and are subject to change. If you withdraw before meeting bonus requirements, the bonus amount will be deducted from your withdrawal. db10 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
Limitations of Liability & Disclaimer
The db10 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted service or the absence of errors. db10 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, server downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. Users are solely responsible for their own internet connection, device, and browser compatibility.
Db10 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from participation in betting or gaming activities. Users are considered to have knowingly and voluntarily accepted the associated risks when using the platform. Regardless of any winnings or losses, db10's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the user's most recent deposit.
Db10 is not directly liable for any errors, outages, or damages caused by third-party websites, payment providers, or software suppliers. db10 shall not be held responsible for service disruptions resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or other force majeure circumstances. Before raising any compensation claim, users agree to first contact the db10 support team to allow for an opportunity to resolve the matter.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Db10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if a user violates these Terms. A warning may be issued for a first-time breach, but in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. While an account is suspended, the user will not be able to deposit, place bets, or make withdrawals.
When an account is closed, the process of returning any legitimate balance will be initiated, though funds may be held during an active investigation. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or policy violations may be forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the db10 support team.
Db10 may apply inactivity fees to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, deducted directly from the account balance in accordance with our policy. Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the db10 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and multimedia elements — is the intellectual property of db10 or its licensors. Users may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit this content. Using db10's name, logo, or brand identity without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Db10 uses third-party game providers, payment gateways, and analytics tools on its platform. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which may apply to you as a user. db10 is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of any third-party content or services.
If a user believes their intellectual property has been infringed on db10, they must notify db10 Support in writing and submit their claim with supporting evidence. db10 will review all such claims in good faith and take appropriate action. By submitting content to db10 (such as reviews or comments), users grant db10 a limited licence to use that content.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Db10 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, users will be notified via their registered email address or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. db10 will first seek to resolve disputes through mutual agreement; if that is not possible, legal proceedings will follow.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text; in the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.
